LEAF411 provides for the convenience of scheduling a 30-minute appointment with a nurse on a specific date and time. Our HIPAA-compliant scheduling system will keep your information secure and will allow you to pick a day and time when our nurses are available for a phone appointment. You will be able to receive reminders about upcoming appointments, send messages to our team via the client portal, and send and receive documents if needed.
